Head Bartender
About the job
As a Head Bartender, you will make sure that our talented team delivers an excellent experience for the guests. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
Supporting the bar manager in the development of unique and memorable beverage menus
Assisting with the design of new cocktails
Facilitating trainings for your team to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests, and to assist with their professional development
Having flair and charisma
Being able to inspire your team and our guests through your passion for the brand
Ability to respond quickly to our guest’s needs
Ensure that licensing laws and health and safety matters are adhered to
About you:
With your passion and strong people skills, you are always striving to deliver a great service for guests. Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a five star hotel environment is desired.
