As the Sales Coordinator you will report to the Director of Sales and will take care of Meetings & Events and Group Sales from the initial contact to conversion and execution of the booking.

Duties will include being the point of contact for all enquiries for Meetings & Social Events & Group bookings, selling the meeting places together with rooms, food & beverage and extra services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, soliciting and generating new and repeat business. Responsibilities also include working with operations staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in Hospitality & Sales is preferred and you must be able to work independently. Your organisation skills will be second to none and you will have excellent written and verbal English. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines you will thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be professional and able to communicate with empathy at all levels. You will, also, have excellent computer knowledge.

You may be required to work Weekends and Holidays according to business need.
