As Sous Chef, you are accountable for preparing a consistent, high quality food product in order to provide guests with a memorable dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- accountable for the food dining experience
- responsible for the budget and cost control in line with the hotel business plan
- mentoring and coaching to ensure maximum employee engagement
- recruits future talent and manages performance of the team
- knowledge of seasonal and new products on the market
Ideally with relevant Chef Qualification, you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a 5 star hotel.
