The responsibilities include overseeing the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Event Services Operation functions. Duties may also include development, training, managing, mentoring and coaching colleagues in these areas. Focused on creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues, inspiring them to be their best and promote loyalty. Reports directly to the AVP / General Manager.
