Goal of the Assistant F&B Outlets Manager: Effectively and proactively monitors the daily functions of the hotel F&B Outlets: Sway Restaurant, Sway Bar, and In-Room Dining. This also includes working and communicating closely with all hotel departments. This person reports directly to the F&B Outlets Manager.

The Assistant F&B Outlets Manager responsibilities may include: * Supports and manages the Hotel F&B Outlets by working closely with the F&B Outlets Manager and other hotel departments * Assist with short and long term planning of all Outlets, including Sway Restaurant, Sway Bar, and In-Room Dining * Assist with hiring, training, development, and continuous reinforcement of performance expectations * Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results * Full understanding of Colleague engagement and dedication to increasing engagement * Work with F&B Outlets Manager to develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment * Provide feedback in developing the budget, marketing plans and objectives. Manage within those approved plans * Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, and professional work environment * Assist in planning, coordinating & managing special events and holiday functions * Ability to take the initiative to run the F&B Outlets as a free standing entity * Complete colleague schedules, payroll reports, and performance feedback sessions * Complete beverage inventories and orders * Supports other Operations departments as needed and acts as Hotel Manager on Duty when required Hyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance, yet reaps great rewards...whether it's career opportunities, job enrichment or a supportive working environment. * Ability to work weekdays, weeknights, 1stand 2ndshifts, and holidays depending on what is required * Ability to work longer shifts based on business and staffing levels * 2-3 years of progressive hotel food and beverage management and/or relevant leadership/industry experience * Must have excellent computer skills and ability to learn and utilize new systems * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds * Must possess the following strengths: motivational leader, effective communicator, team player, service oriented, and professional presentation * Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and administrative skills
