The Event Set-Up Houseperson is primarily responsible for the set-up, breakdown, and cleaning of meeting rooms prior to and after hotel events. This person must be able to follow an event order in order to understand room set-up requirements. This person must be able to follow direction from various managers as well as clients. This person will work with other team members as well as independently. It is necessary that this person is able to stack chairs, and move equipment, furniture, and tables.

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to work late evening shifts past 12am to breakdown after the closing of a hotel event and reset for new events the following day * Must be able to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy weight * Good English communication skills
