Hyatt Accounts Receivable Clerk in MANILA, Philippines

As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced *Accounts Receivable Clerk *who willcontribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Accounting Department within the Admin and General Division.
In this role, you are responsible for performing data entry and related duties in posting accounts receivable payments. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities. You are also responsible for administering claims, refunds, adjustments, or any other accounting transactions related to A/R management.
As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening, fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.
* College education with major in Accounting, preferably CPA. * In-depth knowledge in book-keeping as well as thorough familiarity with credit policy and internal control system and procedures. * 2-4 years of work experience in a similar capacity is preferred, knowledge in Opera PMS is preferred.
