The Café, the main dining space of the hotel, is an interactive show-kitchen restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as delicious fare throughout the night. The bustling 315-seater eatery offers a range of seating options, from cozy circular booths to private and semi-private rooms to standalone tables in the heart of all the action.

As the Assistant Outlets Manager you will be joining an incredible team of Food & Beverage associates dedicated to providing the ultimate guest experience. Assists the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications:

For this position, we are looking for an impressive leader. Someone who isn't afraid to get in the trenches and work alongside their team and set an example of what upscale teamwork and service looks like. While knowing when to delegate is important, during this time of transition it is imperative that the person who joins our team is proactive, hungry, and ready to do whatever it takes to ensure the Food & Beverage team comes together and will be unparalleled in the industry.

The right candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

  • minimum of 2-year experience as an F&B supervisor or Restaurant manager
  • experience at an upscale or luxury hotel is preferred
  • experience in supervising restaurant
  • extremely detail oriented, especially when it comes to financials and guest information
  • organizing and implementing ongoing training
  • developing staff members so that they can advance within the company
  • knows how to have fun at work!
