2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Host - Guest Service Centrewho will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Centre within the rooms division.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating efficient communications for both guests and employees both within the hotel and for external communications. You will be in-charge of the day-to-day operations in the Guest Service Centre Department within the Rooms Division.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will be involved in the creation of the Departmental Operations Manual and in establishing the policies and procedures within your scope and be responsible for directing and administering Guest Service Center operations in fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. * Progressive career in Guest Service Centre in a 5-star hotel with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. * Very familiar about the local area with established contacts in hospitality, transporation, retail and tourist attraction.
