2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a*Learning Coordinator *who willprovide strong and efficient administrative support to the Learning Department within the Human Resources Division.

In this role, you are responsible for preparing various documents, keeping them up-to-date, and maintaining appropriate filing systems. You will prepare the relevant materials for all learning sessions, document all activities related to learning and employee engagement, maintain the department’s database, and provide assistance to all employees who visit the learning center.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening, fulfilling the Grand Hyatt promise of delivering moments of more.

Qualifications:
* University degree, preferably Hospitality Management. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are important. * Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office.
