Hyatt Sales Executive in MANILA, Philippines

2017 marks the opening of the first Grand Hyatt in the Philippines at the Bonifacio Global City that will bring to life a radical transformation and perspective on what entertaining and hospitality is all about. As we build a vibrant, passionate and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Sales Executivewho will maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.

In this role, you will ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well as electronically is maintained at all times, maintains complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotations for the hotel, entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required, establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities, assists to achieve the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the sales revenue. At the same time, you will ensure a high level of exposure for hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications, professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts, able to differentiate Grand Hyatt Manila’s unique selling features by providing guests’ emotional experiences that are bold and extraordinary.

As a pre-opening team member, you will be involved in preparing the hotel for a successful opening. You will establish and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or Tourism management. * 2 years experience in a 5 star luxury property in a similar role. Good problem solving, strategy formulation, account development, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
