You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the hotel’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, as to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel’s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
The MarComm Manager performs a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, E marketing, web site management and content development, press releases, bylined articles, white papers, corporate videos and marketing collateral, RFP review and development, marketing budget development and cost tracking. The MarComm Manager may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees.

Native Spanish and fluent English (writing, speaking and reading skills).
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality, Communications or Marketing.
Minimum 4 years work experience as Communications Manager or Assistant Marketing Communications Manager, preferably working in a similar market.
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office, editing & design software.
Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, including the ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule.
A high level of emotional intelligence is required for good decision-making.
Must possess the following strengths: high energy, teamwork, problem solving, leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills, effective in communicating and providing exceptional customer service, excellent spelling skills.
Needs to know about digital, social, PR and marketing communications.
Extremely creative, innovative, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be a person who builds trust and commitment by cultivating genuine relationships.
