Hyatt Spa Receptionist in MELBOURNE, Australia
Award-winning luxury hotel, Park Hyatt Melbourne seeks a customer-oriented and vibrant individual to join the team as Receptionist on a part-time basis.
With the support of the Manager – Park Club Health & Day Spa, you will be responsible for the efficient running of Park Club’s reception area, greeting clients, answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, settling payments, selling and promoting Park Club products and services; along with other administrative duties. Further duties include providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers and ensuring maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromised attention to guest/member service at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will have: * Previous work experience in a similar environment with a focus in the ability to sell and promote Spa products and services. * A commitment to health and wellness. * A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * The flexibility to work a combination of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. * The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of five star grooming standards.
