Hyatt Assistant Director of Operations in MIAMI, Florida

Description:

The responsivities include assisting in the overseeing of the rooms division as the Assistant Director of Operations. Responsibilities include acting as the manager on duty in the hotel to resolve guest concerns, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. This position is also responsible for interviewing, training, scheduling, giving feedback and handling coaching conversations with employees. Managing revenue, labor and expenses and achieving goals is a part of the ADOO role. This role has direct contact with employees and guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. and overseeing mainly the entire Rooms Division and some food and beverage responsibilities with the help of the Director of Operations.
