The Confidante is seeking a Server Assistant to join our amazing team. Originally built in the 1940s, The Confidante is a vibrant, playful, sophisticated, yet approachable modern-day experience we call retro-glam. Our Miami Beach oasis is ideally located between the hustle of South Beach and the bustle of Miami’s hip art districts.

The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Able to work weekends, AM/PM shifts and holidays
