Payroll agents perform general payroll activities for hotel properties that include, but are not limited to, processing payroll, updating deductions, calculating earnings and generating audit reports. Additionally, this position will work diligently with hotel Human Resources staff and leadership committee to resolve any and all payroll issues efficiently.

_Essential Functions:_ * Process payroll for hotel associates * Calculate retro earnings/short hours for retro pay scenarios * Complete special payrolls as necessary * Process incentive compensation payouts * Process manual checks per Human Resources request/approval * Generate necessary reports to help manage general payroll processes * Audit batch entries for each payroll * Process ADP I-Reports to manage and balance payroll * Conduct post-transmission payroll reconciliation * Complete all payroll processing digitally * Other duties as may be assigned by supervisors * Regular attendance is expected based on schedule and business needs. The schedule for this position requires the following availability, but is not limited to Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM weekends and holidays as scheduled. Occasional overtime as needed. * Participation in employee events, onsite meetings, hotel visits and industry conferences is expected * Work well with others at a variety of levels within the organization

Qualifications:
_Qualifications:_ * 1 years payroll processing experience (experience in a shared service environment a plus) * 1 years’ experience with a relevant HRIS * Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills * Knowledge of payroll calculations and wage and tax regulations * Knowledge of basic accounting concepts * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong analytical skills * Ability to work in a paperless environment * ADP experience a plus * Multi-state payroll processing a plus * Associate Degree a plus * CPP or FPC a plus
