The responsibilities of this individual is to coordinate, evaluate and execute delivery of all VIP amenities. Success in this position will be measured by accuracy and timeliness of all amenity coordination. This individual must be highly analytical, organized and creative to achieve the above objectives. This individual will need to analyze historical group and event demand trends, assess the local culture and develop a cost effective and forward thinking amenity program based on Hyatt standards. This person will work closely with Casino operations, Sales, Events and In-Room Dining teams to ensure that all departments are working cohesively. Strong leadership, communication and training skills are required for this position. The individual will be required to present and produce accurate delivery reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to support their business decisions, audit current procedures in play and rollout new ones that will help the hotel hit their revenue and service goals.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Preferred 2 years’ experience in a hotel management organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred with Excel and related data management systems

    Education, Certification & Licenses:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    Work Conditions, Physical and Sensory Requirements:

  • Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is controlled by building environmental systems

  • Must be able to it at a desk for up to 6 hours per day Walking and standing are required for the remainder of the work day
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis
  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
  • Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, 10 key adding machines, telephones and other office equipment as needed

    • Computer Skills: *

    Intermediate or Expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
