Hyatt Chinese Chef de Partie- Dim Sum 厨师领班 –点心 in NASSAU, United States


Specializing in traditional Chinese dim sum, must have in depth knowledge of “traditional” Chinese ingredients, cooking methods, techniques and customs. Dim Sum Chef de Partie will work under Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine; in-charge of the preparations and production of but not limited to traditional Chinese dim sum with deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes. Chef must be able to formulate and explain quality standards of cooking procedures and Chinese food presentation. 专门从事中餐点心烹饪,必须深入了解传统中国食材、烹饪方法、技术和习俗习惯。点心厨师领班将直接在副厨师长和厨师长指导下工作, 负责点心的准备和制作,但不限于传统中式点心, 具有丰富的中餐烹饪的经验,包括各种面条和米饭的制作。厨师必须能够制定和解释中餐烹饪步骤和准备工作的质量标准。
