Specializing in traditional Chinese wok cooking, must have in depth knowledge of “ traditional” Chinese ingredients, cooking methods, techniques and customs. Wok Chef de Partie will work under Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine; in-charge of the preparations and production of but not limited to traditional Chinese Wok with strong experience in Chinese cuisine including all varieties of noodles and rice.
