Hyatt Chinese Sous Chef- Dim Sum 副厨师长 - 点心 in NASSAU, United States


Specializing in traditional Chinese Dim Sum cooking, must have in depth knowledge of “traditional” Chinese ingredients, cooking methods techniques and customs. Dim Sum Sous Chef will work directly under Chinese Chef de Cuisine overseeing preparation and production of but not limited to traditional Chinese Dim Sum with deep knowledge of every aspect of Chinese dishes.
