Hyatt Marketing Communications Manager in NASSAU, United States

Description:
The primary responsibility of the Marketing Communications Manager is to develop, implement, monitor and measure the annual integrated marketing and communications plan to support the business objectives for Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The plan(s) should include objectives(s), strategies and tactics for the hotel’s market segments and outlets (bars and restaurants). The ultimate goal is to heighten market presence, increase positive awareness, strengthen brand loyalty, increase market share and most importantly, produce increased revenues and profitability. She/he will promote awareness and maintain a positive brand image of the property and outlets on a local, regional and international level through consistent and targeted public relations and marketing and digital campaigns. She/he will ensure that the hotel’s brand position is present in coverage, messages are compelling and insights and reporting are accurate.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or Business is preferred * Minimum 2-5 years relevant experiencein an integrated marketing role (digital, events/PR, marketing/communications). * Experience working in a fast paced, digital marketing environment. * Strong media knowledge across all platforms (wired, mobile, social, OTT and broadcast). * Strong written and presentation skills. * Excellent organizational skills. * Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. * Well-connected within the market with the ability to seek and build new relationships to help support business objectives * Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher. * Web research skills and familiarity with major social media resources required. * Must be able to communicate professionally in English, both written and verbal.
