Description:
The World of Hyatt Manager will oversee the day to day operations of ensuring that our World Of Hyatt Guests receive all of the proper program inclusions. This will include the pre-stay emailing of all World Of Hyatt Guests and the fulfillment of guest requests and tracking of preferences via the GEM program. The World of Hyatt Manager will report to the Front Office Manager. This Manager will also occupy the position of the Hotel’s on property specialist and as such will be responsible for ongoing training and support to our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous Hyatt Experience preferably as an Assistant Front Office Manager. This candidate should have excellent Opera, Reserve & World Of Hyatt knowledge.
