The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting hotel department heads with the general operation of the hotel, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager. Primary responsibilities will include: assisting guests whenever necessary, resolving guest concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards and assisting the department heads with their respective areas. This role will have exposure and responsibilities in Front Office, Guest Services, Food & Beverage Outlets, & Hotel Event Space. Duties would include but are not limited to.

Minimum of 2-years hospitality experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Minimum of two (2) years previous hospitality experience preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights weekends and holidays * Previous Hotel Systems experience preferred (Opera, Micros, HotSOS, Etc)
