The Assistant Outlets Manager will assist in the oversight of the daily operation at Grand Hyatt New York in New York City. Areas of responsibility would include the hotel’s restaurant (New York Central), the 24 hour grab & go (Market), the Concierge Level Lounge (Grand Club) and In Room Dinning. Attached to Grand Central Terminal, the hotel is home to extraordinary views, bustling bold energy, and worldly concept on cocktails and cuisine.
Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also assist with maintaining quality assurance, and attending to guests needs and opportunities. The Assistant Outlets Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

* Minimum of 2 years as F&B Management preferred * Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred * Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
