Qualifications:

Department : Food & Beverage

You refer to the F&B Manager

Your Assets :

  • Ideally with a relevant diploma in Hospitality Industry, qualification CAP/BEP.

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Commis Chef in a luxury hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

  • Basic Culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.

Your Scope :

  • Obtain and prepare food according to the hotel's procedures.

  • Tidy and clean all the premises and kitchen equipment.

  • Prepare simple dishes .
