Qualifications:
Department : Conciergerie
You refer to the Concierge Manager
Your assets :
Certificate or qualification in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum work experience in luxury hotel operations.
French & English are required.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
Your scope :
4 to 6 months internship, as of May 2021.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
To contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
