This culinary position requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations . The desired cook candidate must be capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests’ needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor storeroom requisitions, food production, quality and consistency. Skills and knowledge to include good communication skills, organizational skills, culinary knowledge along with teaching/training skills. Shifts for this position are typically 2pm – 10:30pm, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:· 3 years of previous line experience required.<?xml:namespace prefix = "o" ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> · A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. · Fine dining experience preferred. · Ability to work in a fast paced environment, give directions, make decisions and stay organized. · Candidates should be able to perform all basic, intermediate and advanced cooking skills. · Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen. · Good communication skills. · Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. · Candidate must have open availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. · Must be able to obtain a food handlers certificate within 30 days of employment
