The Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist in overseeing the food and beverage outlet areas within the hotel which includes 2 restaurants, in-room dining and our lounge. Responsibilities involve supervising the staff in the day to day operation of the department. Duties include scheduling, forecasting, training and coaching, ensuring compliance with all operating procedures. The Food and Beverage Supervisor must have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented.

  • 2 years Food and Beverage experience required.
  • Lead or supervisory experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule (including weekends/holidays) and be a team player.
