Hyatt Assistant Guest Experience Manager-JDV Oceanside in OCEANSIDE, California

Description:

The Assistant Guest Experience Manager possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. This person is expected to support the guest experiences, and ensure the resorts approach is proactive in nature in efforts to exceed our guest expectations prior to departure. This role will lead the guest recovery process, as well as implementing a proactive communication with top tier guest requests prior to arrival. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Assistant Guest Experience Manager may have responsibilities within the Rooms Operation. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues, and transportation options.

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience and thorough understanding of guest services.

  • Self-driven, as well as self-starter.

  • Organized.

  • Skilled at analyzing guest data analytics.

  • Work well in a consistent high stress, and pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer engagement.

  • Hotel/ Resort experience preferred.

  • Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

  • Open availability required to work weekdays/weekends, holidays, mornings, mid-days, afternoons, evenings.
