Hyatt General Manager (Valle Restaurant) in OCEANSIDE, California

Description:

Manages Valle, a single, full-service food and beverage outlet at on a daily basis at Mission Pacific and may coordinate special events. Responsible for staffing, scheduling and training of staff. Ensures compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

Guest can enjoy an intimate dining experience with a Chef's tasting menu or a la carte, or if is the case of a special celebratory evening up to eight in our private dining room.

Qualifications:

-Strong F&B leadership skills
