For Lake Tahoe fine dining, our guests indulge in innovative dishes prepared with distinct local ingredients at Six Peaks Grille. Resort at Squaw Creek's Executive Chef sources sustainable seafood, meats and herbs. Our current menu of Squaw Valley dining options includes produce from locally sourced gardens; meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno; chicken from Petaluma Poultry in Sonoma County; and local cheeses.
During summer months, our guests dine al fresco on Six Peak's outdoor deck, overlooking the mountains of Squaw Valley. Indoors, floor-to-ceiling windows reveal Squaw Creek's meadow and a stone fireplace creates a cozy ambiance year-round.
Six Peaks Grille is known for its signature "Garden to Glass" cocktails, martinis, and offers an award-winning wine list.
Our Six Peaks Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. Six Peaks Servers will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!
