Known for its spectacular views on Paris from its guestrooms, as well as its panoramic bar located on the 34th floor, Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is a Parisian landmark, directly connected to the Palais des Congrès. Hyatt Regency Paris-Etoile is currently continuing an important renovation designed by George Wong that will end in December 2017.

We are hiring a Director of Sales & Marketing !

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations for the Hotel.

To ensure that the Sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and have been implemented where appropriate. To assist all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team, and to achieve the sales goal.

Ensures customer specific objectives are defined and relevant sales actions are implemented effectively to ensure success with selected accounts in terms of acquisition – retention and development.

To assist in the implementation of the office’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions)

Qualifications:
Ideally with a master degree, MBA or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Sales & Marketing in a property (international hotel chain).

Fluent english is required.
