Hyatt Sales Intern from June 2017 in PARIS, France

Working hours: 37 hours/week

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employees, guests and owners expectations.

Key tasks: - Sale the bedrooms and seminar rooms by taking the stated objectives into account - Ensure the compliance of high quality standards, while meeting the guests' demand and anticipating their needs and expectations. - Ensure the files follow-up et participate to the improvement of guests loyalty - Take over the hotel visits tours - Participate in the studies and analyzes of the different customer segments

  • Animate social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Take photos and videos
  • Participate in creating digital supports
  • Manage and update our website
  • Answer guests reviews on Tripadvisor, booking.com, expedia etc…
  • Coordinate European media campaigns for l’Hôtel du Louvre
  • Ensure a competitive intelligence of hotels websites to identify the market trends

Qualifications:
Ideally preparing a university masters degree or diploma in sales and/or Marketing or a Hospitality/Tourism management diploma. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.

A proficiency in French, in English and a good knowledge about luxury hotels environment are required.
