Hyatt Part Time Night Audit / Overnight Guest Experience Host in PORTLAND, Oregon


We are hiring for a part time night auditor / guest experience host! Part-time colleagues enjoy benefits like paid vacation, paid sick time, discounted/complimentary room nights, 401k and more. There is a $250 sign on bonus for this position.

The Guest Experience Team at the Hyatt Centric Portland is growing, and we invite you to join us! We are excited to welcome our Guest Experience Overnight Host to our team! Our Overnight Hosts (Night Audit) ensure a seamless check in and check out experience for our guests in the overnight hours. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Overnight Guest Experience Host will assist guests with account settlements, luggage to and from their guestroom, communication of hotel services and promotions, provide guests with information about local attractions, restaurants, etc. in and around Portland, and support the Valet team as needed in the overnight hours.

  • Desire to provide exceptional service to our guests and colleagues

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to park and retrieve guest vehicles preferred

  • Must be available to work overnights, holidays, and weekends
