Description:
Restaurant Manager is a department head within the Food & Beverage division. This capacity is responsible for delivery of superior customer service in a three-meal full service restaurant and bar. Ideal candidates have supervisory or management experience, preferably at least two years. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: scheduling/training of line staff and supervisors, completing necessary coaching and discipline tasks, creating schedules and budgeting.

Qualifications:
Scheduling of associates / Labor management
Strong communication skills / able to work cohesively with others
Marketing / Customer service experience
Generation of forward thinking and creative ideas
Aware and involved in restaurant and beverage trends
Upscale Casual / Fine Dining experience
