Description:
Provides strong and efficient administrative support. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. Provides administrative support to Division Head and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.Types, files, and upkeeps all private and confidential matters related to the department. Ensures all files are kept up-to-date at all times. Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Division Head: Daily Operations Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Departmental Meetings and ad hoc meetings.Types, takes dictation and minutes, draft letters, files and traces and composes correspondence. Assists with CATH administrative requirements, filing, responding to guest inquiries, and correspondence. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries including CATH in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.Ensures that all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate reporting of financial information. Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations.

Qualifications:
Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email. Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary or Senior Clerk in a hotel . Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
