This is a paid Hyatt internship program that provides an understanding of the hospitality industry through exposure to the Food and Beverage division of hotel operations. The seasonal Food & Beverage Intern will work in the Food & Beverage outlets of the hotel and gain knowledge and experience in restaurant and market operations.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift, carry, push and pull moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Capable of performing repetitious duties.
Ability to work flexible schedule and various shifts, including but not limited to, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Previous food & beverage experience and upscale beverage knowledge preferred.
Hotel experience a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age .
