Hyatt Productivity Manager in SAN DIEGO, California
The Productivity Manager at each property will be responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining the labor strategy of the hotel in conjunction with the Leadership Committee and GM in order to optimize productivity and labor. The Productivity Manager is responsible for determining optimal mix of volume drivers to forecast labor based on current trends and historical data. They use the Kronos scheduling tools to ensure that labor hours are forecasted and scheduled appropriately based on volume, as well as analytics tools to engage department managers in the labor forecasting process to staff departments effectively and demonstrate a savings in the overall cost of labor at the property.
- 4 years hotel operations experience
- Intermediate Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Ability to drive change and gain leadership support
