The Assistant Front Office Manager will have oversight of the front office staff, cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.

* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Previous front office supervisory experience preferred * Prior Hyatt experience preferred. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and overnights. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances. * Ability to work in both an indoor and outdoor environment under all weather conditions including extreme heat. * Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (approximately 50 lbs.)
