Bell/Valet Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations. In addition, Bell/Valet Attendants are asked to assist with parking cars and driving the hotel shuttle on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment. * Refined verbal communication skills. * Must have physical stamina to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight. (approximately 50 lbs.) * Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking. * Must be able to stand for long periods of time. * Must be able to be exposed to and work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat. * Must have a valid driver’s license. * Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. * Must be able to drive a 14 person shuttle. * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts.
