Hyatt Front Office Host in SEATTLE, Washington

Description:

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office Team as a Host. The Front Office Host will support “ A Seattle Collection ”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host, and have a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impression for our guests!

Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Open availability – including mornings, evenings weekends, and holidays

  • Great and thorough attention to detail

  • Proficient in basic computer skills

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
