Hyatt Guest Services - Bell Attendant (Overnight) in SEATTLE, Washington

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of the new team for the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest! The Hyatt Regency Seattle is now open and recruiting for an Overnight Bell Attendant to provide an incredible experience for our guests!

Bell Attendants are in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet to ensure guests are escorted and their luggage and personal items are transported to and from the guest rooms efficiently. It’s important to ensure that guests are comfortable with accommodations and are familiar with room offerings and features. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

Qualifications:
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Refined verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

  • Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
  • Open availability – overnights, weekends, and holidays.
