Hyatt Cluster Director of Sales in SEMINYAK, Indonesia
As an Director of Sales , you will maximize the hotel’s room yield by developing and implement Sales strategies in accordance with the hotel’s vision, brand personality and market segmentation. Directly responsible for the overall revenue achieved through the travel partners for Alila Seminyak, Alila Villas Uluwatu, Alila Ubud, and Alila Manggis. Within the framework of your duties, you may be asked to carry out special task, not mentioned in this job description and defined whenever applicable by Director of Sales & Marketing/Director of Sales in the respective property.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Degree in Business, Marketing or similar
At least holding 5 years experience at the same position in a 5 star hotel / resort
Excellent communication skills, relationship skills and negotiation skills
Thrive on working to achieve challenging targets
Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia – written and spoken
