As a Public Relations, your job responsibilities : * Supervise and control guest relations activities in providing superior customer service ensuring their experience will be worth remembering; Promptly handle major customer complaints, verbally or in writing. * Review guest lists, screen people to be invited to events based on spending trends, prospects etc and propose to supervisor; prepare invitations and schedule email blast or broadcast. * Supervise, monitor and maintain customer data, provide data to CRM Group database from Host Supervisor. * Monitor, developing, coach Host Supervisor performance and to creating the establishment of their performance expectations
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria, * The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,Diploma in Communication, with 2-3 years experience in F&B industry * Able to work in a team and independently * Good in copywriting and persuasion skills * Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication * Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
