You are a highly experienced chef who specializes in Cantonese or Yue cuisine. You’re creative and passionate in seeking out new creations and flair in trending food scene. Your great personality enables you to interact well with people, be it in the kitchen or dining area. Not forgetting, you are a great team player and one who is motivated by challenges along the way.
Qualifications:
Your Profile
Minimallythree yearsas Head Chef or Chinese Chef in a restaurant setting
Great knowledge in kitchen management
Creative and innovative on menu concept
Knowledgeable on production, food cost & achievement of financial goals
Strong understanding of hygiene standard
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic proficiency in English
Possesses working knowledge in computer skills
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
A can-do attitude
Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
