You are service-oriented and passionate in achieving customer satisfaction. You are also a good team-player and at the same time a confident individual, willing to learn and take on new challenges.

As the Guest Services Officer – Guest Services Centre, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. You will assist the Guest Services Centre team in the achievement of a smooth and efficient running of the Guest Services Centre Department within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:

Your Profile * Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels. * Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. * Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills. * Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset. * A can-do attitude. * Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. * Please note that this is a local packaged position and we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified *
