Hyatt Host (3-month contract) in SINGAPORE, Singapore
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ushering / directing the guests to proper direction during arrival day, swab test day, and departure day ensuring at least one meter distance as precautionary measure
Responsible for delivery of guest’s personal item / food and luggage with proper protective equipments via knock-and-go service.
Responsible for the delivery of additional guest’s amenities required by guest via knock-and-go service.
Responsible for luggage pick up if assistance is required for guests who have been cleared for departure.
Responsible for clearing the items or collecting items from guest’s outdoor room. Eg: laundry
Responsible for clearing / monitoring the cleanliness of the corridor area ensuring there are no obstructions.
To assist housekeeping team in pre-deep cleaning process such as stripping all the linens, clearing the trash, and disinfecting the room with a disinfecting machine.

Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.
Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.
Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
