Hyatt Host (3-month contract) in SINGAPORE, Singapore


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ushering / directing the guests to proper direction during arrival day, swab test day, and departure day ensuring at least one meter distance as precautionary measure

  • Responsible for delivery of guest’s personal item / food and luggage with proper protective equipments via knock-and-go service.

  • Responsible for the delivery of additional guest’s amenities required by guest via knock-and-go service.

  • Responsible for luggage pick up if assistance is required for guests who have been cleared for departure.

  • Responsible for clearing the items or collecting items from guest’s outdoor room. Eg: laundry

  • Responsible for clearing / monitoring the cleanliness of the corridor area ensuring there are no obstructions.

  • To assist housekeeping team in pre-deep cleaning process such as stripping all the linens, clearing the trash, and disinfecting the room with a disinfecting machine.

  • Possess minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.

  • Candidates with Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred.

  • Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations.

  • Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
