Hyatt Barista in STOWE, Vermont

Join a fun casual team as a Barista for the Lodge at Spruce Peak! The Lodge at Spruce Peak offers competitive pay at $14 per hour with an average of $2, or more, an hour in tips. The Lodge at Spruce Peak also offers competitive benefits for full-time year around employees. As a Barista, you will greet guests, prepare a variety of coffee drinks, run the register, and take grab and go food orders among other exciting opportunities. Work with a close-knit team to serve guests from the local community and from communities around the world. The position even offers a complimentary ski pass for those who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

  • Must be a People Person! You will have the opportunity to create experiences for your guests that go beyond the expected.

  • Great communicator with both your team and our guests

  • Ability to learn how to make drinks and run the POS system

  • Previous Barista experience is a plus but not required. We will train and support you!

  • Flexible schedule to include mornings, weekends and holidays

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
