Hyatt Pastry Sous Chef (Thai Nationality) in SURAT THANI, Thailand


Responsible for the efficient and smooth running of food production within the designated Kitchen. To control, check, and supervise the kitchen operation and be hands-on as and when needed. To ensure that staff is trained in accordance Hyatt International and local municipality standard requirements. To perform all daily tasks to a consistent high standard in line with both departmental and brand standards


  • Minimum 6 years experience in pastry kitchen management a luxury hotel or restaurant kitchen.

  • Tertiary qualification in pastry cooking.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Proven leadership skills.
