This is a wonderful opportunity to join a creative culinary team and ensure that consistency and high quality products are prepared in accordance with the hotels expectations.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and the kitchen leadership team you will be required to work in a safe, efficient and hygienic way.

• Requirements of the position include: • 4/5 star hotel experience in a similar role is required. • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery • Familiarity is a busy, high volume and fast paced kitchen is essential. • Experience in banquet operations is favourable. • Full Australian Working Rights is essential with no restrictions. • 7 days a week availability and willing to work on a rotating roster.
